Grill Roasted Chicken is a great way to roast a chicken without heating up your house. The chicken is delicious and beautiful. Whenever whole chickens are on sale, I buy several. I love that you can throw fruits and veggies in a blender and come up with something delicious. Since I can no longer eat ice cream, I’ve been into creamy “milk shake” type smoothie lately.
