I love fruit or fruit flavors in my sweets, and my absolute favorite are strawberry, raspberry & cherry! Add chocolate in and you have the perfect sweet for valentine’s day well at least for me! Though I know some of you aren’t big on chocolate (crazy people!), so not all of these are chocolaty but all are still perfect for valentine’s day! The frigid winter weather lately has been inspiring me to cook more soup. Update: We are so glad you like all these wonderful healthy dinners! We’ve added two new roundups to help you eat better: 40 More Healthy Dinner Recipes and 25 Healthy Lunch Ideas. I did not do a good job of eating healthy in 2013. Anyone else? Couple that with not working out nearly as much as the year before and I am not were I want to be right now health and fitness wise. I don’t really do the diet thing, it just doesn’t work for me. I just try to eat healthy food and cut out the junk.
