I did not do a good job of eating healthy in 2013. Anyone else? Couple that with not working out nearly as much as the year before and I am not were I want to be right now health and fitness wise. I don’t really do the diet thing, it just doesn’t work for me. I just try to eat healthy food and cut out the junk.
I normally do okay with breakfast and lunch but dinner is always the meal I struggle with. First of all, my kids need to be willing to eat it and so does my husband. Second of all, I’m tired by the end of the day so I need something doable not that will take hours. And third of all, I want it to TASTE good! So I was really excited when so many dinner recipes were linked up to last week’s Saturday Dishes. I just had to make a collection!!
