Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp – Yummy apples topped with a brown sugar and oatmeal topping for a delicious and easy dessert!

I love apples! While they aren’t my favorite fruit about this time of year I really start craving apples and all kind of apple goodies! Which is a good things since we have 3 apples trees in our yard and they are loaded with apples.

As you may have seen on our Instagram, I’ve started juicing a bunch of my apples and I also plan to make applesauce and apple butter.  But I don’t want to pass up the opportunity to make some apple goodies too!!

The very first apple goodie, I wanted to make was apple crisp. It is one of my favorite desserts and has been for many years. I’ve been using this same apple crisp recipe for over ten years and not only it is delicious but it’s also really, really easy!

It took my about ten minutes to slice up the apples and get this apple crisp into the oven!  And that’s just about how long it took us to devour the entire pan! Next time I’ll have to double the recipe!
