This recipe for CrockPot Salsa Chicken is one of the easiest. You can use store bought taco seasoning and salsa, or you can use what you’ve made yourself. I used my home canned salsa, and homemade taco seasoning.
What to serve with CrockPot Salsa Chicken:
We enjoy this chicken in tortillas, with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese for a fabulously easy Taco Tuesday.
CrockPot Salsa Chicken is also delicious over rice, on a taco salad, or even with pasta. It’s flavorful, and really adds to any meal.
CrockPot Salsa Chicken
CrockPot Salsa Chicken is one of the easiest "set it and forget it" dinner recipes, with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken breast
- 2 tsp. taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning, then cover with salsa.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours.
- Shred and serve.
