Cucumber Spinach Smoothie
Cool, Refreshing & packed with nutritious veggies, this Cucumber Spinach Smoothie is delicious & good for you.
As I mentioned on Monday, I love spinach! And I'm often throwing it in smoothies, usually fruit smoothies. But this time I wanted to try something different. So I tried making this smoothies with cucumbers & spinach, and I loved how it turned out.
It's cool & refreshing and a great smoothie for spring or summer. I hope you enjoy this yummy green smoothie.

Cucumber Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cucumber, peeled & cut into chunks
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1 banana, broken into pieces
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 - 1 ½ cup ice, depending on how thick you like your smoothies
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender & blend until smooth.
