Summer seems to bring a lot of barbecues and get togethers, which always require you to bring something to share. I personally love to bring salads to share for a multitude of reasons.
The first reason is that I don’t typically want to turn on the oven or stand over the stove during the summer, and most salad recipes don’t require that. The second reason is that it’s nice to have refreshing, cool salads when it’s so hot outside. And the final reason is that they seem to be a big hit with friends and family.
