We have spent the last 4 years with diapers. Lots and lots of diapers, between the 3 kids. Miss Magoo was 18 months when Little Man was born, so we had two in diapers then. And now Little Man doesn’t want to potty train (“I will tomorrow, Mom,” he tells me every day), so we’ve got two in diapers again.

With 2 kids in diapers right now, I’ve tried the no-name brand diapers, thinking it would save us money, but often the diapers leaked, and they just didn’t hold wetness as well.  Plus, they didn’t seem to fit as well– in fact, one brand seemed almost like it was bullet-proof, it was so stiff!

One area where I’ve felt really frustrated with other diapers is nap time and overnight.  I was getting so tired of finding a wet Baby Girl after nap time every day.  I don’t know about you, but I only have a couple crib sheets, so it’s a pain when they’re getting wet each day.  Add on the extra baby clothes, and I was getting a bit crazy from all the extra laundry, since I’ve been having a hard time keeping up with laundry anyway!

I took the Huggies Real Life Challenge and tested Huggies Snug & Dry diapers to see if they would hold up better overnight and through nap time.  So far, we haven’t had a wet crib or bed with Huggies! And that’s saying something, because especially with Little Man, those diapers are definitely full when he gets up, but still no leaks!

Huggies Snug & Dry has recently released a new feature: SureFit* Design, which includes the SureFit* Waistband, making the diapers fit better, and to stay secure and snug with baby’s twists and turns. Sure Fit* Design offers up to 12 hours of leak-free protection, which makes Huggies Snug & Dry diapers a must-have for overnight!

If you haven’t tried Huggies Snug & Dry diapers before, or it’s been a long time since you have, you should definitely put Huggies to the test! They have been improved with the SureFit* Design, they’re softer, and they’re just an overall great diaper.

My kids and now grandchild are beyond Huggies. However, I did want to mention that if it wasn't for Huggies, I don't know what I would have done with my babies. My oldest child, now in his 40yrs, was so very allergic to everything I tried, including cloth diapers. He was and is a severe asthmatic. I tried diaper services, hypo allergenic washes, and paper diapers, nothing worked. Then I tried Huggies, and he had "NO" reaction. I stayed with Huggies with my next three children. When my daughter had her first baby, now 4yrs, the hospital put her in Pampers ... she reacted within ten minutes. Her bottom turned bright red and she started to blister. My husband immediately went out and bought a package of Huggies, and Destine. Problem solved.

Thank you so much for Huggies and however they are made, they have been the ONLY diaper this family has been able to use for two generations.

Sincerely,

The Heslin's

Wow, Rilla, I'm so glad that Huggies worked so well for you. I bet that was so hard to see your baby go through such bad reactions! Our hospital uses Pampers as well, and with my first I couldn't figure out why my eyes got super itchy and I got terrible headaches, until I suddenly realized it was because they are so strongly scented! After switching to Huggies, all those symptoms disappeared.

We used Huggies back in the day and loved them. I remember the frustration of having a constantly wet crib. Glad to read Huggies are still reliable.
