Lavender Lemonade is a refreshing twist on lemonade. It has just a hint of lavender and gives you a spa like drink when you need to relax.
It’s officially summer. It’s hot. Even here in the mountains. I find that I try to hydrate more when it’s hot. And since I’ve kicked soda to the curb and I’m not a huge fan of water, I have gotten creative with finding things to drink. Lemonade and iced tea have been my staples for a while. But I get bored of those after a while. One way I change up my iced tea is I add a slice of lime.
Lavender Lemonade is another way I have gotten creative. It’s a little twist of flavor on the traditional lemonade. I first tried lavender lemonade at the Young Living lavender farm in Mona, UT. It is so very good and refreshing!
Not only is this lemonade delicious, it can also help you unwind from a long day. Lavender allows you to maintain low stress levels. Or you could make it for a spa day with your girlfriends.
