Mini Cheese Balls
Mini Cheese Balls are a fantastic variation of a favorite appetizer. These Mini Cheese Balls have bacon in them which make them a big hit.

Last week I shared that the Hardworking Husband and I will be having appetizers for Thanksgiving. We will be spending the day with no one else besides each other with which we are happy. I am looking forward to sleeping in. I spent a week in Texas and it is so nice to be back in my own bed and to not have an alarm clock is going to be fantastic. I also love watching the parade. Not making a whole meal will allow me these things.
My first appetizer was for breakfast - Croissant Sausage Squares. The next is moving on to snacks - Mini Cheese Balls. I have shared my cheese ball before which is what I take to all the family gatherings with The Hardworking Husband's family. But I wanted to try out a new recipe and make them bite size.
These Mini Cheese Balls would make great fat bombs for the Keto diet. They have 2 carbs each and 13 grams of fat. I have found fat bombs that are sweet, but I hadn't thought about making savory fat bombs. Along with fat, they have a little bit of protein. 4 grams to be exact.

Help! What's the yield? I have a group of 16. Will this be adequate? Or should I double?
I can’t remember the yield. But I’m guessing it will make 48 mini cheese balls. It should be plenty for 16 people.
What a cute idea, so easy too! Looks yummy, can't wait to try it!
Yummers! These look really really good...I think I could live on cheese and crackers...and bacon too! =) So glad you shared with us at Weekend Potluck.
