Every month, I think how is it possibly time for another monthly meal plan. And apparently I wasn’t paying attention in February and we are in March and I’m just now getting to making a meal plan. My meal plan for this month is a mix of lighter foods and heavy ones because we are still cold here in Idaho. I am so looking forward to spring and lighter foods. Time to take of the winter weight, eat lighter and soon I hope dress lighter.
AND GO OUTSIDE! I have some serious cabin fever. I am ready to start working on the yard and garden. My friend who owns a sod farm told me I can plant new grass the last week of March. I cannot wait! We killed all our grass in the fall so we could plant new good grass this spring. I am so looking forward to green grass again.
