What is the difference between cook and no cook ice cream?
Does homemade ice cream have to be cooked?

Many ice cream recipes include egg yolks, which must be cooked in order to eat.  This recipe doesn’t include egg yolks, so it doesn’t require any cook time.

How do you make homemade ice cream more creamy?

Using heavy cream in this ice cream recipe helps make it extremely creamy.  The more milk in an ice cream recipe, the icier the final result will be, which is why this recipe uses more heavy cream than milk.
