Orange Poppy Seed Vinaigrette is a fun way to change up your salads!
I know that with the New Year, many of us have resolved to eat healthier this year. I’m a firm believer that if your version of “healthy” is really bland and boring food, you’re bound to fall off the healthy wagon quickly. That’s why I love this Orange Poppy Seed Vinaigrette– it adds so much flavor to a salad!
One of the greatest parts of a vinaigrette is that it’s really simple and quick to throw together, but it will last well in the refrigerator. So if you’re planning salads for the week, you can throw together a batch of this and have the dressing covered for the whole week! I enjoy using a Salad Shaker for making salad dressing because I can make it in it and also store it in it, eliminating one more dirty dish!
Just remember that a vinaigrette will cause your salad to wilt, so it’s best to store the Orange Poppy Seed Vinaigrette separately until just before eating it!
