Nearly 30 delicious and quick and easy Chicken Recipes, that are tried and true, from our homes to yours.
One thing about us all being home more, and lots of restaurants being closed, is that we’re forced to cook dinner every single night. And I don’t know about you, but cooking dinner isn’t my favorite thing. I could bake all day long (assuming a person could find flour right now), but when it comes to cooking meals, I’d rather skip it.
Because of this, I decided I needed a handy list of easy dinners to make. A few days ago, I shared a bunch of our tried and true, Easy Ground Beef Recipes, and today I’m hooking you up with Easy Chicken Recipes.
Hopefully you have some chicken in the freezer, or it’s still available in your stores. So far, my stores have had plenty of chicken in stock.
Should I use chicken breast, thighs, or drumsticks in chicken recipes?
You can use whatever chicken you have available. Many of these recipes call for chicken breast, but if you have a different cut on hand, feel free to substitute it. You can even use leftover rotisserie chicken for many of these recipes.
The great thing about chicken is that it’s pretty flexible. I think that’s why it’s easily the first thing I grab when I can’t figure out what to make for dinner tonight, and I need something easy.
All of these recipes have been made by Kerry, Lucy, or I, and they’re all recipes we love. Most of them are kid-friendly (Lucy cooks for her 4 kids, and I cook for my 3 kids). We hope that you’ll enjoy these chicken recipes, and that they’ll be a help to you!
