Creamy Baked Ricotta Dip with Bacon is a great appetizer. I love cheesy dips, but I wanted to try making something I hadn’t ever made before. As I was thinking about what to make, I remembered some ricotta cheese in the fridge from making lasagna soup. So I decided to try making a hot dip using that ricotta. I also had some bacon in the fridge, and it wasn’t enough for the whole family, so I thought I’d use that as well. And so the idea of Baked Ricotta Dip with Bacon came into being. Loaded Queso Dip – Yummy Velveeta & Rotel Queso loaded with beans and hamburger. Recently, I was scanning through Facebook and came across a discussion on queso and someone commented that “of course there is that other dip made with Velveeta and Rotel that no self-respecting Texan would eat.” It made me laugh out loud. Because Texas was were I learned to make Velveeta queso and it seems like every Texan I met had their own recipe on how to make this dip. August was a really busy month for me and I didn’t get my goal accomplished. So I am doing two goals this month. I wanted to learn to make hummus. I found a bunch of recipes and the pesto hummus looked the best to me. I have pesto in the freezer already and do this was an easy one for me. 1 Minute Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

Okay, so technically it takes more than one minute before you can enjoy this yummy and easy fruit dip since you have to refrigerate it a bit before eating. But it’s so easy to put together that is takes only about a minute. I love Greek yogurt. I eat the flavored kind all the time. I cook with it often. Last Friday my husband reminded in the early afternoon that I was supposed to have finger foods for something at church that night. I had completely forgot about it!
