Recipes for August Menu

BBQ Chicken Salad 2 chicken breasts BBQ Sauce Salad Mix Tomatoes   Slice chicken into thin pieces.  Mine are usually 1/4 inch thick.  Grill chicken.  When is cooked, brush with BBQ sauce and grill to caramelize sauce.Chop tomatoes.  Add tomatoes to salad mix.  Top with chicken and dressing of your choosing.
