After Little Man’s birthday, we had a lot of fruit salad left over from the Fun Fruit Salad I had made. My kids love fruit, but even still, I knew I would end up throwing away a bunch of fruit if I didn’t figure out something else to do with it. So, I decided to make pure fruit popsicles. I got out the blender, dumped a bunch of fruit in, and pureed it. The fruit salad was grapes, watermelon, and strawberries. The popsicles turned out great. They froze well, and they tasted good. They were actually pretty sweet, too, despite
