Teriyaki Mushroom and Swiss Burgers is the best hamburger recipe ever!
A restaurant in town used to serve the most amazing Teriyaki Mushroom and Swiss Burgers. They were amazing! Topped with juicy, sauteed mushrooms and slathered in teriyaki sauce, who wouldn’t love one? As most restaurants do, they changed up their menu and stopped serving the Teriyaki Mushroom and Swiss Burger. Am I the only one who hates it when restaurants change their menu?
Dan and I were both craving Teriyaki Mushroom and Swiss Burgers, so we set out to make them ourselves. I tried making them with a homemade teriyaki sauce, but ultimately I found that this is one area where easier is better.
The secret to making these burgers amazing is {Affiliate Link} Mr. Yoshidas Marinade & Cooking Sauce. This post isn’t sponsored by Mr. Yoshida’s sauce, but I will tell you that we love it. We buy it from Costco, and the price is much lower than from Amazon, so if you have a membership or a friend with a membership, Costco is the way to go.
