I have been looking on Pinterest for a way to use up all the blackberries I picked and every recipe I liked used blackberry jam. They all looked so good.
Well there is! At least for jam that you plan to use right away or at least within a few days.
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 Tablespoon Honey, more or less to taste
- Combine blackberries and honey in blender or food processor and blend until blackberries are broken up.
It’s so easy! Just throwing a few ingredients in the food processor and you’re done!
We ended up using ours on toast and pancakes and never made any of those Pinterest recipes. But I am freezing some blackberries to try them later.
