Mocha Pops

  • 1/4 cup Half & Half
  • 1 cup Chocolate Milk
  • 3/4 C Espresso, or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 oz Vanilla syrup
  • 2/3 C Whole Milk


  1. Combine ingredients (I did so in a blender). Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 1 hour before inserting the sticks. Freeze until solid (overnight). If necessary, run hot water over the outside of the mold to remove mocha pop.
