Fruity Granola Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 C oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1/2 C dried cranberries
  • 1/2 C dried mangoes, chopped
  • 1/2 C sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. If using Old fashioned oats, you may want to blend them in a food processor or blender for a moment to make them less bulky (optional).
  2. Stir together oats, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Roll into small balls.
  5. Refrigerate in an air tight container.
