Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

  • 3 cups Powdered Milk
  • 7 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Baking Powder


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a very big bowl (or a Kitchenaid mixer).
  2. Store in an airtight canister.

Mix with water to desired consistency. You can make up the mix as follows

  1. 2 cups mix, 1 2/3 cups water, 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter.
  2. Cook as you usually cook pancakes.
