Crock Pot Cinnamon Sugar Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. raw almonds
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together sugars and cinnamon.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together egg white and vanilla

  3. Spray a large Crock Pot with non-stick spray.

  4. Stir almonds into egg white mixture.  Put into prepared Crock Pot.

  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.

  6. Cook for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

  7. After 2 1/2 hours, stir in water.

  8. Cook another 30 minutes.

  9. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and allow to cool (harden).
