Carrot Craisin Salad

  • 3 cups carrots shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaisse
  • 3/4 cup Craisins


  1. Stir together shredded carrots and mayo.

  2. Stir in Craisins.

  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 1 day.  This salad is still edible after 1 day, but the carrots will start to get mushy and it won't look as nice.
