During the summer, I love having fun recipes on hand that can help cool us off.  I make a lot of popsicles, but I wanted to try making a fun drink for my kids to mix things up.  So I came up with these fun virgin frozen watermelon margaritas!

These couldn't be easier to make!  And they only require 2 ingredients, so they whip up in a flash!

Yield: 6

Virgin Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

Ingredients

• 3 C Watermelon,, cubed
• 12 oz can of Sprite
• red sugar,, optional

Instructions

1. Chop watermelon into small cubes and freeze for 3 hours.
2. If desired, dip edges of margarita glasses in a plate of water, and then dip them in a plate of red sugar, and set aside to dry.
3. In a blender, combine frozen watermelon and Sprite, and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses, and enjoy!
