I love coffee.  All three of us do actually!  Which is why there's coffee in our blog title. Besides just drinking it all day long, I love baking with coffee too and so does Jamie.  I mean what's better than coffee?  Coffee and Dessert! And what's even better than that? Coffee in the Dessert!  So I've collected some great coffee desserts recipes!  Hope you enjoy them!

And if you're wondering why the "coffee, coffee, coffee."  It comes from one of my favorite shows, Gilmore Girls.  Lorelei says she needs "coffee, coffee, coffee! because she really needs it!  That's how I feel most days too and honestly that's how I feel about most of these desserts!!
