Guacamole is a simple delicious avocado dip with tons of flavor. It’s great for dipping tortilla chips or a topping for your favorite Mexican dish.
Lucy and my mom doesn’t like avocados. So growing up we never ate them or guacamole. I was under the impression that they were terrible. Then I moved to Texas. Ummm, avocados are really good and so is guacamole. I think I could eat it every day.
There are many recipes for guacamole. Some are far more complicated than others. I wanted a simple recipe. Knowing that some people do not like cilantro (I am not one of them), I wanted a recipe that everyone that likes guacamole would like.
This recipe is almost as basic as you can get and still have tons of flavor. It is 6 ingredients. This recipe is easy to double or triple for parties.
