Homemade Fajita Seasoning
All the flavor of fajita seasoning but with no msg or other junk!
At the store the other day, my mother was lamenting that she could no longer find fajita seasoning in the store. Of course, she could find the packets of fajita seasoning but she could no longer find the bottle. My mother loves fajita seasoning and uses it on more than just fajitas, as do I. She loves to use it in her cheese balls and other dips. And I often use it to season meat, I'm going to use in pasta or casserole.
So I googled fajita seasoning and found lots of different options for fajita seasoning! So this is my version concocted from mashing a whole bunch of others together. And I think it's pretty close to the old version we loved.
I haven't passed it on to my mom yet to see what she thinks but I will soon. Just don't tell her it has cayenne pepper in it, okay??
