Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Blueberry Mango Smoothie

I love smoothies and I used to make them quite often.  Until my blender went out.  I've been dragging my feet about replacing my blender, mostly because smoothies was all I ever used it for and I wasn't sure I really wanted to shell out the money for a new one.

Then I finally remembered that I could be making smoothies in the Magic Bullet that my mom gave me.  I normally only use my magic bullet for mixing up batter for my sweet milk pancakes.  But it works perfectly for smoothies too.  Yay!!

I knew I had blueberries in the freezer and I thought the mango Greek yogurt I had in the fridge would be a great combination.  And it really was.  I'm going to have to pick up more mango yogurt, because I enjoyed this smoothie so much!

  4. I've always loved smoothies! I don't have a blender...and I've always wanted a Magic Bullet! I don't know how many times I've actually sat and watched that stupid infomercial. Lol! This sounds great! 🙂

    1. I tend to do more strawberry, banana smoothies but I'm so glad I tried this one. So good! But your son would enjoy it too!

  5. I love smoothies too. When I'm on a smoothie kick I have bananas in the freezer, steamed carrots and some sort of green ready to go in the fridge. I will put a handful of fruit in too, fresh or frozen. I like to use juice or water for the liquid, but I've also used almond milk, oat milk, plain old milk, kefir and yogurt. So many ways to make a smoothie! I'm anxious for warmer weather so I can get back into it.

    1. I've never added much veggies to my smoothies, just zucchini, but I really should try it more! I know it would be good for me.
I like freezing my fruits before they go bad and then just throw them into my smoothies, but fresh fruits are great too!
