Huggies #UltraHug Selfie Contest
Walmart Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers are hosting an #UltraHug selfie contest to Spread the Love-- find out how to enter for the chance to win $2,000 for your favorite community project!

With 3 kids that were born within 4 years, we've used a lot of diapers. I've tried a lot of different brands, and without a doubt we are a Huggies family. We are currently in our 6th straight year of diapers (and at times we had 2 kids in diapers at once), and Huggies has always met our expectations!
I love that when my kids are in Huggies diapers I don't have to worry about leaking! The new Walmart Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers have a new, unique quilted liner to lock away wetness better. And they have a conforming, gap-free fit to keep your active baby dry throughout the day. The trusted Leak Lock® System has quick-absorbing layers for up to 12 hours of protection. Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra Diapers come in sizes from newborn up to 35 pounds!
But the fabulous diapers aren't the only reason I love Huggies. I'm also so impressed by how Huggies loves to give back! Their newest project is all about Spreading the Love by giving back to local community projects!
When I first became a mom, I will admit that I was pretty overwhelmed! I didn't know much about babies, as I hadn't done much babysitting as a kid, and I don't have any younger siblings or even younger cousins. Add on to that the fact that when my first was 10 months old, I got pregnant again, and I just didn't feel like I could keep up.
I was so blessed that soon after my second was born, a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group was started in my area, giving me the chance to meet other moms that were struggling with the same things I was. And the best part of the organization is that they are set up using a mentorship model, so it wasn't just a bunch of frazzled, exhausted young mamas sitting around commiserating. Instead there were older moms as well, who were able to share their wisdom, tips and tricks with us, and offer the hope that we wouldn't always be so overwhelmed.
I've been part of the group for 3 years now, and I have seen so many new moms come in feeling just as overwhelmed as I did. MOPS offers them a break from their kids for 2 hours, the chance to connect with other moms, and hope!
So for the Huggies Spread the Love contest, I nominated our local MOPS organization!
It's so easy to join the contest! All you need to do is follow these steps:
- Take a selfie of you and your baby (or use someone else's baby, if you need to!).
- Upload the picture to Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #UltraHug
- In your selfie post, nominate a community project including a name and/or identifying description of a community project in the US.
*Entries will be accepted until June 25th, and Huggies will be featuring them in a collage on the campaign landing page. On July 6th, voting will begin to narrow down the 20 finalists to 10 winners who will win a $2,000 grant from Huggies for their nominated community initiative. My mom only used Huggies when I was a baby 🙂
I love MOPS! I was a coordinator for several years and it is an amazing program! Huggies were a definite favorite for my family during the diaper years!
This is really great! Thanks for sharing!
What adorable photos!!!
Thanks! She's a ham!
From what I hear, Huggies rocks as the ultimate in nappies! Your little one is a cutie and what a great contest!
Thanks, Joanne! I love the contest and my sweet baby!
Huggies are the only diapers I buy for my 1-year-old!
They are definitely the best diapers!
We're out of diapers here now, but we were a Huggies only family.
I so look forward to the day we become diaper-free, but in the meantime, I'm glad to have found a diaper company that not only works well but also gives back!
This is such a wonderful cause! I need to share this with my family and nominate some people. I've got some great ideas. Can't wait till I will need these for my own kids.
It really is a fabulous campaign!
That lawn mowing pic is too cute! Darling
Thanks! She had to haul the lawn mower clear across the yard to "help." It was so cute, I had to get a picture!
We settled on Huggies when the kids were in diapers and my daughter is using them on the grandson now.

They are the best of the best! And honestly, on sales or using coupons, I tend to get them pretty similarly priced per diaper as the much lower quality diapers. So I'll definitely spend the extra penny or two per diaper and get their superior quality!
I love this contest! Such a great cause!
I really like it too! I love that Huggies generously gives back to the communities!
I'm just like you, three kids in under 4 years! My oldest is 4 now and youngest is 5 months. It has been non-stop diapers over here. Looking forward to the day when we are free of them 🙂
I'm looking forward to that day, too! My youngest is now nearly 2, so not too much longer.... but my middle is a boy and sleeps super hard, so he's still wearing Huggies at night- it's the only diaper that keeps him dry all night.
We go through so any Huggies with triplets!
Oh goodness! You definitely have me beat! I can't imagine!
Huggies were the only diaper that worked for my little guy. I love huggies.
Same here! Some of the others smell so strongly they gave me headaches... and the leak protection Huggies offers is definitely the best!
