Sleep Cream is easy to make and is completely natural. It uses essential oils to support your sleep system and avoid sleepless nights!
Last week my mom and I went to Denver to visit our friends Auntie M and Colorado BFF and their family. We stayed up late, ate a lot, and talked a lot. We had a blast. This is the first visit I had made after getting my Young Living essential oils.
We had a great time smelling them all and me teaching them how to use them. Friday night I taught a class about oils and we made lotion bars, in-shower coconut oil lotion bars, muscle rub, and sleep cream.
Since I’ve already shared with you how to make the two kinds of lotion bars, I thought I’d share the rub and the cream with you.
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp or 2 capsules Vitamin E
10 drops Cedarwood
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Peace & Calming
5 drops Lemon
5 drops Valor
5 drops Stress Away
Blend all ingredients together and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Peace & Calming can have the opposite effect on some people. If this is the case for you, you can just leave it out.
To use: Rub the Sleep Cream on the bottom of your feet and go to bed.
A tip for storage: If you store them on their side in the refrigerator, it is easier to get out.
If you remove the sleep cream about a half hour before you want to use it will be easier to use and not so cold on your feet.
