Fruity Granola Bites
My family loves the granola bites that I make. And I love that I can feel good about the kids eating them! So I like to try new variations of the granola bites, like these Fruity Granola Bites!

These fruity granola bites are a variation of my tried and true, kid approved recipe for granola bites. My family just loves granola bites, and they are fun and easy to make, so they're a great snack.
The addition of fruit makes them sweet enough that I even cut the honey from the recipe this time.
If you want to make even healthier granola bites, you can make your own peanut butter, so you know it doesn't contain any added sugars, hydrogenated oils, and such. If you make your own peanut butter, you may need to add a bit more (maybe a Tablespoon), as it is usually a bit drier than store-bought peanut butter.
I used dried cranberries and mangoes, but if you prefer a different dried fruit, you can substitute for basically anything. These granola bites are really fun and versatile like that!
