More than 35 Sweet Potato Breakfast Recipes!

Growing up, I never liked sweet potatoes.  I thought they were disgusting.  I’m so thankful that I was assigned to make sweet potato casserole one year for a huge Thanksgiving celebration with my husband’s family, or I may never have tried sweet potatoes as an adult.

I asked around for recipes, since I had no idea what a good sweet potato casserole would be.  At the time, I thought there was no such thing as a good sweet potato casserole!  But boy was I wrong!

I ended up making The Sweetest Sweet Potatoes, and now I’m a huge fan of sweet potatoes!  I look forward to this time of year, when they’re on sale and I can sneak them into everything!
