We're not Irish. So St. Patrick's day is not usually a few deal around our house. But Jamie & her kids have done some research into St. Patrick and enjoyed learning about him. My kids and I have made treats a couple times and I enjoy any excuse to make something mint! So I thought it would be fun to collect some awesome St. Patrick's Day Recipes.
