Dark chocolate and berries come together in this delightfully light and fluffy salad! Is Dark Chocolate Berry Salad a salad or a dessert? It’s up to you!
My sister-in-law makes a Pistachio Pudding that’s delicious and super easy! I got the recipe from her, and have made it several times, but right before the 4th of July when I went to the store they were missing one of the ingredients.
I needed to figure out something else to make for our family picnic, and didn’t want to run all over town looking for ingredients, so I came up with a new recipe to try, following the same idea as pistachio pudding, but mixing it up to make dark chocolate berry salad.
This recipe was supposed to be a salad, but it turned out totally dessert-like. It was so yummy I could have licked the bowl (but don’t worry, I didn’t!). And I loved that it was something completely different from the recipes that I usually make!
