We don’t normally eat Easter brunch because we don’t have a sunrise service at our church and our normally in church during “brunch time.” Nor do we have brunch on Mother’s Day because we are also in church then. But I love brunch style food. So maybe this year, I’ll insist on having brunch for one of those holidays even if it is later in the day.
