I decided that I wanted to continue the goal I began last year – make one new thing every month. I had so much fun last year with it. So I’m going to keep going.
I learned how to make pasta, mozzarella, biscuits (even though I still struggle with them), breakfast sausage, homemade Velveeta, chocolate syrup, tamales, pie crust, creamy poppyseed dressing, potstickers, dinner rolls, and runzas. Wow, as I list them what variety!
I hope to have the same variety this year. I already have a lot of ideas in mind – popovers, angel food cake from scratch, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, cannolis, and so much more. I hope you join me through this journey for another year.
