Peach Tea is another great cold drink for the summer. A sweet tea with refreshing peach flavor. You can make this as sweet as you want. When I think summer, I think bbq’s, fresh fruit, salads, and sweet tea. Summertime means hot days. You won’t catch me without a cold drink during the summer. My favorite is sweet iced tea. Healthy, non-dairy, & full of protein, this Skinny Banana Split Milkshake only tastes indulgent. I can no longer eat ice cream and man do I miss it! My oldest daughter can’t have dairy either so I’ve been exploring more ways to make “fake” ice cream. This is my new favorite way to have ice cream without really having ice cream.
